Instalation Steps

+Service Books Blackberry

Service Books is a configuration list installed within a BlackBerry device to ensure all application, email, browser, etc, run smoothly

Customer can send individual Service Books by:

  1. Clicking the Service Books button on the Home Page menu
  2. Receiving the "Successful" notification on your mobile device once the Service Books is sent
  3. Double checking the current Service Books inside your mobile device by accessing Options > Advanced Options > Service Books on the Menu.

+How to Register

Make sure that you activated your Blackberry Prepaid or Porstpaid cards in the condition of connected to GPRS, EDGE or 3G. Enter the menu when this is secured.

Follow these steps:
(Options -> Advanced options –> Host Routing Table –>click menu . -> Register Now)

+How to set Your Email

BlackBerry will show you how to set your email through visual simulation on your monitor.

Step 1:

Find Email Setting icon on your BlackBerry monitor.

Choose New User collomn then click Create New Account.

 

Step 2:
Click the little box next to "I Have read and understand the Legal Terms and Conditions"that appears on the disclaimer window for Account Setup, after reading Blackberry Internet Service End User Agreement, click "I Agree".

Customer is required to enter the email address you’d like to sync in your BlackBerry. If you want to create a user name, choose "CANCEL" on the menu. Choose SERVICE AND SETTING, press CREATE USER NAME and follow the direction
Notes: EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD are not necessary, directly press CANCEL. Choose "SERVICE AND SETTING" choose "CREATE USER NAME"

+Creating a user name from BlackBerry handheld

After your email address at www.xl.blackberry.com, is verified, customer can go to the main Menu and find to create user name, fill in User Name you desired, and confidential Password

User Name enables you to sign in to www.xl.blackberry.com. When you want to open and explore another website, press LOG OUT to leave the pages. Go to Service Books menu prior toLOG OUT send Service Books. LOG OUT when you’re done and wait for the email verification from RIM for your new account.

 

+Creating user name from xl.blackberry.com

Step 1:

Open www.xl.blackberry.com, choose:

New User – Create New Account,

Step 2:
Click the little box next to "I Have read and understand the Legal Terms and Conditions" that appears on the disclaimer window for Account Setup, after reading Blackberry Internet Service End User Agreement,click "I Agree"

Step 3:
Enter PIN & IMEI Blackberry (option – status).

 

Notes: EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD are not necessary, directly press CANCEL. Choose "SERVICE AND SETTING" choose "CREATE USER NAME"

+Guide to Creating New Account on your old BB (Release PIN)

The process is similar to creating a new account on a new BB device:

  1. Enter SIM XL to old BB
  2. Activate BB service (ie. : BB ONE daily -> BB ON to 568)
  3. A signal indicator on top right corner saying GPRS / EDGE / 3G BB after you activate your BB XL, do Host Routing table (HRT) on your BB by:
    1. Access the Options Menu or BB Setting

       
    2. Choose "advance options"

       
    3. Choose "host routing table"

       
    4. Bold ID or code ID is on the top of the list will appear in press Menu, choose Register Now

       
  4. Return to the beginning menu after completing your HRT. Access the email setting menu, or wait until a browsing and redirect icon appears automatically to redirect you to Email Setting. On O.S 4.6 it will appear like BB type Bold , Javelyn, Storm, Gemini, and Tour. Access the Setup Menu first before choosing Email Setting.


     
  5. On email setting, choose create new account on new user

     
  6. Choose yes then I agree when User Agreement page appear.

     
  7. Add email account, request will appear on your monitor, choose cancel

     
  8. Choose setting

     
  9. Create user name option will appear on your monitor

     
  10. Create user name and password, then add my existing email account on email account menu (yahoo, gmail ,hotmail, dll)
     
  11. Choose help after adding your email account to your menu setting on theEmail setting. Choose

     
  12. Choose send service book

    If you return to the desktop, a new icon with the new name you added recently will appear
     

 

Notes:

  1. This process is available on all types of Blackberry new or second.
  2. When an error message "an account has already exsist"appears while performing this process on a second Blackberry, please confirm to the previous user to release PIN from previous BB operator.
  3. This process is possible for RIM registered Blackberry PIN and device.

  • Customer can only register to one BIZZ (you are not eligible to register to other BB deals when you are registered to BlackBerry BIZZ). Customer must stop subscription of other services before registering to BlackBerry BIZZ services
  • Only BlackBerry official chating and email can be used while you are registered in BB BIZZ service
  • Your Third Party apps will not be available while you are using BlackBerry BIZZ service
