The competitiveness in telecommunication sector is pushing forward our employees skills in handling various tasks and human resource sustainability. These activities are organized by the Corporate Services Directorate, from Human Capital Development, Human Capital Shared Services, Human Capital Learning and Development, Real Estate and Facility Management and the Government Relations.
XL keeps 2.097 employees by the end of December 2008. Forty five percent of the numbers are in network/technical department, thirty percent in sales, marketing, and services, and the rest are in enterprise support division. This composition reflects XL priority in maintaining the best technical quality service. It is whereby the importance of managing employees composition becomes a crucial factor in maintaining quality service.
