+Who is it for SP Community Unlimited deals ?

+How do you activate Community Unlimited deals?

Community unlimited deals can only be used using a back-end manual effort, cannot through UMB or SMS. New SP must be configured first before being distributed, whereas existing SIMCard is registered and configured by XL team, those 2 other processes are to replace the sub type and ID community.

+How do you activate the existing SIMCard?

PIC must register all MSISDN completed by name and community member number/ID. After sales team performed validation and approval, they will configure from back end to replace subs type and community ID.
