This Code of Ethics represents an inseparable part of the Company Regulations of PT XL Axiata Tbkand shall apply throughout the premises of the company including its branch offices throughout Indonesia. Each Director, Employee, consultant, supplier, contractor, agent and business partner is obliged to read, comply with and adhere to as well as properly carry out all existing regulations.
This Code of Ethics is prepared with the purpose to support the vision and mission of the company and to provide guidelines for the Board of Directors, Employees and representatives of the company in carrying out its business and assignment including when facing customers, suppliers, competitors, the government and the public
For all the Directors and Employees, all forms of violations against the provisions contained in this Code of Ethics shall be imposed with disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of employment or dismissal as regulated in detail in the Company Regulations.
