The following Terms of Usage is the terms in regulating the usage of this website belongs XL, www.xl.co.id and other interconnecting sites (together for further reference is called "Sites") and the usage of the content, services, features within the sites. Please read this Terms of Usage carefully. Please be aware that by accessing and using this Sites, you are considered understand and agree to be obey the rules regulating this Sites. Should you disagree to follow the rule within this Sites, you are advised to not use this Sites.

+1. Modification in Terms of Usage

XL is entitled to modify, replace, enhance and decrease this Terms of Usage at our convenience. You are attached to the modification and therefore are encouraged to access this Sites to witness and receive the current information of the Terms of Usage you are attached to.

All logos and/or application and/or brand of every single service, content, products and features belong to XL as stated within this Sites are acknowledged under the law constituted for the Republic of Indonesia. XL is the sole proprietor of the intellectual rights given and guaranteed by the law constituted in the Republic of Indonesia included but unlimited to the Decree No. 19 Year 2002 about Copyrights. If there is an individual recognition on the material within this Sites belongs to him/her, that person is encourage to enlighten the information to XL and XL will terminate it immediately from this Sites

Registered XL Customer to receive Services in any form (by filling the subscription form in writing or by registering electronically), hereby agree to conform to the term stated within the Terms and Condition of Services.

+5. Violation of Loss of XL SIM Card

Should there be loss, robbery, and/or violation of your XL SIM Card, XL Customer must report to XL immediately. XL Customer will be responsible for all the cost relating to the usage of his/her XL SIM Card, including but not limiting to all the cost relating to violation and/or usage for the purpose of fraud/illegal act performed by XL Customer and/or other party.

+6.Suspension and Termination of Services

XL has the appropriate right and for the purpose of general comfort for its customers to suspend and terminate the Service without prior notification or replacement for the Customer should these following events occur: Immediate action will be conducted by XL should the suspension and termination are caused by the events explained as. Customer will be fully responsible for all the cost relating to the trouble, suspension or loss of the Services.

Technical difficulty of Services;
Upgrade, modification or maintenance of Services;
Customer violate the Terms and Condition;
When Customer of other party, after XL consideration will cause loss or damage to XL and/or the Services;
When after XL consideration, Customer or other party violate the service for the purpose of fraud;

XL akan berusaha untuk melakukan tindakan secepat mungkin jika penangguhan atau pemutusan terjadi disebabkan oleh hal-hal yang dinyatakan di atas. Pelanggan akan bertanggung jawab untuk semua biaya yang dikenakan pada saat gangguan, penangguhan atau kerugian terhadap Layanan tersebut.

+7.International Roaming Service

International Roaming Service outside Indonesia is available at selected countries. XL has the appropriate right to determine which Customer is qualified to enjoy the International Roaming Service.

+8. Disclaimer

All information stated within this Sites is correct when input. XL owns the full right to upgrade the information from time to time.
Your failure or incompetency to access the Sites cannot be used as an excuse to file charges, demand, or claim XLwhen you subject to discomfort.
When Sites user responds over information stated within this Sites, including but noto limiting to questions, comment or other issues, this matters will be considered explicit and XL does not have the authority concerning the issues and XL owns the freedom to reproduce, use, inform, or distribute the respond without provisions.
