In XL Premium membership invitation (XL Premium Welcome Pack), you will find backup SIM Card you can activate anytime when your first card is lost or stolen. For more info: call 817. Your backup SIM Card can be used as your XL Premium ID.

Private CRO

We provide you with experienced and exclusive Call Center to help you with your communication needs. Call 817 from your XL Premium number, your call will be forwarded automatically to XL Premium direct line where your private CRO (Customer Relation Officer) is available to answer all your needs and inquiries.

Your private CRO will consistently upkeep the XL services you use to ensure your satisfaction.

For Customer who get Premium membership after June 2011, Private CRO benefit will only be given to Premium Customer whose minimum billing average above Rp 1.500.000.

  • Visit Blitz Info at any Blitz Megaplex * every Thursday to redeem your free 2 movie tickets.**

** Movie Voucher terms and condition:

  1. Voucher can only be redeemed with tickets at Blitzmegaplex locations where you redeem the voucher. Example: If you redeem your vouchers at Blitz Grand Indonesia then you can only redeem it with tickets at Blitz Grand Indonesia.


  2. Voucher is valid for 2D movies and has the same value with 2D movie ticket at Blitzmegaplex where you redeem the voucher. You can upgrade the voucher by paying the shortage to watch other type of movies such as 3D and Hindi, or Satin and Velvet Class. Example: A Regular movie ticket at Blitz Grand Indonesia for Friday is Rp 45.000, your voucher value will be Rp 45.000. 3D ticket price is Rp 80.000, so you will need to pay for the remaining Rp 35.000


  3. The voucher has an expiry date as stated on the voucher and not valid for use if the expiry date is passed.
