Mechanism
1. Recommender encourage friends/colleagues/family to register as an XL Postpaid customer through website www.xlpascabayar.com
2. Downline must fill XL Postpaid application form at www.xlpascabayar.com and enter the Recommender's number in the application form.
Benefit for a Recommender
1. Billing discount according to average usage from Downline for consecutive 6 (six) months starting from February to June 2011
2. Recommender with the most Downline is entitled to a BlackBerry Onyx (5 BlackBerry Onyx per period)
3. Get as many Downline as possible during the program period of 15 October to 31 December 2010

RECOMMENDER Terms & Condition
1. Eligible for XL Personal Postpaid customer
2. XL Marketing team will choose a Postpaid
customer whom meets the criteria as a Recommender according to the following criteria:
- A Postpaid XL member for at least 3 months
- Paid the minimum billing balance of Rp 100.000,-
- Does not have overdue billing
3. XL will notify XL Postpaid customer as the chosen Recommender and his/her approved Downline through the customer's billing statement's insertion or check www.xlpascabayar.com
4. Recommender is not entitle Downline's billing statement.

1. Apply as a Postpaid customer through www.xlpascabayar.com
2. Enter the Recommender's number within the application form.
3. Owns a credit card
Billing discount terms and condition
1. Discount on your billing will commence starting from the next 2 (two) months (accountable from Downline usage billing in the 2nd months)
2. Discount will be effective for 6 (six) consecutive months from January s/d June 2011
Recommender's Discount Percentage:
Billing discount is effective February to June 2011 with the following math (per Downline):
- Downline billing < Rp 100.000, Recommender will receive 3% discount billing from Downline total billing
- Downline billing Rp 100.000 to Rp 149.999, Recommender will receive 4% discount billing from Downline total billing
- Downline billing Rp Rp 150.000 to Rp 199.999, Recommender will receive 5% discount billing from Downline total billing
- Downline billing Rp 200.000 to Rp 249.999, Recommender will receive 6% discount billing from Downline total billing
- Downline billing > Rp 250.000, Recommender will receive 7% discount billing from Downline total billing
3. Discount will be based on Downline's paid billing from 2 (two) previous month
4. Discount billing is non-transferable and not applicable for non monthly deals
5. Discount billing will be annulled when Downline migrate to XL Prepaid before effective month billing cycle.
6. The amount of discount billing is a maximum amount from Recommender (other than monthly deals)
7. Payment exceeding the billing will be annulled.

9. Discount billing is still applicable when Downline Change Ownership and/or XL MSISDN.
