What is XL TUNAI

XL Tunai is e-money facility that provide by XL Axiata. This services make XL customer easier to do transaction in e merchant, ticket payment, and other direct payment from mobile phone.

Experience easy transaction using XL Tunai from your mobilephone! No need to bring big cash when traveling, or queue at the ATM and worry about losing your wallet when you need to pay. XLTunai is easy, safe , and comfortable payment tools.
XL Tunai enables you to make these transactions:

·   Payment of shopping at the merchant / store

·   Payment of online shopping / remote payment

·   Purchase vouchers

·   Payment of bills and tickets

·   Remittance

·   Purchases of goods / other services

To be able to use XL Tunai, you can simply Topup / cash-in your account, and directly be used to conduct transactions by accessing via UMB XL Tunai Transactions menu in * 123 * 120 # from your XL mobile phone.
These services do not take your balance at all, either from registration, or any transaction.

XL TUNAI SERVICES REGISTRATION

All XL customers basically already have an account of XL Tunai standard account. You can simply top-up the account (cash-in) and make any transaction, without any registration.
If you want to do a lot more transactions and get a PIN for security of transactions, you can simply send the data via SMS to 120 (FREE).

If you want to be more comfortable with exchanging money and have account limitation to Rp 5 million, you can register to the nearest XL Center to carry ID cards / other identity cards that genuine and valid.

PIN is 6 digit number that used per transaction for security and convenience purpose. PIN can be changed, through menu settings in the XL Tunai UMB menu (*123*120#) from your XL mobile phone.

XL TUNAI Cash-In / Top-Up

XL Tunai top-up can be done in several ways:

• Through the bank's ATM (for customers who have bank accounts)
  Terms & Conditions:
  • Insufficient bank account balance.
  • The amount of money charged last plus XL Cash balances may not exceed the limit of a customer account. (merchant is not currently restricted).
  • Done through ATM, e-/sms-/m-banking any bank that is connected to the network Together, Prima, and Alto.
  • Minimum charging current is Rp 10,000
  How to Cash-in/Top-up:
  • Go to menu bank transfer,
  • Enter the destination bank code: 016 (BII),
  • Enter account objectives: Mobile phone number to be filled,
  • The value to be filled.
In an instant, the customer will get an SMS notification that show the balance has been increased.

• Through the Merchant / Outlet Toll
  Terms & Conditions:
  • The amount of money charged last plus XL Cash balances may not exceed the limit of a customer account.
  • Deposit merchants / outlets adequate.
  • Minimum value of charging depending on the policy of the merchant or outlet.
  How to Cash-in/Top-up:
  • Customers simply provide a cell phone number information that will be filled, the nominal charge, and hand over the money.

• Through the XL Center
  Terms & Conditions:
  • The amount of money charged last plus XL Cash balances may not exceed the limit of a customer account.
  • Currently, there are no restrictions on the minimum charge.
  How to Cash-in/Top-up:
  • Customers simply provide a cell phone number information that will be filled, the nominal charge, and hand over the money.

SHOPPING AT OUR MERCHANTS

XL Tunai can be used to make payments at the merchant / store with XL Tunai logo. To perform a payment transaction, you can simply show the token to cashier without having to mention your XL number.

Token is a 14 digit code that can be used to make payments. Tokens can be obtained by going into the service menu.

·   The code is a unique token, one token for one customer at a time

·   Tokens can be used a maximum of 60 minutes, only valid for one-time transaction

·   Request new token will scorch the previous token.

If customers request token and did not receive an SMS containing token number, customer may request the token one more time, and the old token will automatically be forfeited.
Note: This SMS Token is not reduced customer credit balances or any XL Tunai balances

ONLINE SHOPPING / REMOTE PAYMENT

Besides can be used to shop at stores where buyers and sellers meet directly, XL Tunai can also be used to make payments such as online shopping, or other transactions where the seller & buyer does not meet each other.

Online shopping menu is used to pay for online shopping on the website, delivery services, home shopping and other types of transactions that are remote / long distance transation. In this type of transaction you make the whole process of payment and will get a Ref id / transaction code as proof of payment. You simply confirm the payment by demonstrating ref ID to the merchant / include ref id to the merchant website.

See the transaction amount, merchant code, and Ref id when conducting online transactions using XL Tunai. If it does not fit, then the transaction is carried out will not work and you should contact the merchant to do a refund.

BALANCES PURCHASE VIA XL TUNAI

Subscribers can access the transaction via UMB *123*120# then go to buy menu. You can buy credits for its own number or a number of others. With details as follows:

1. Ke Rekening Bank
   Anda bisa melakukan transfer saldo XL Tunai ke rekening bank. Caranya cukup mudah: ketik *123*120#
2. Ke XL Tunai Lain
   Layaknya transfer pulsa, Anda bisa melakukan pengiriman saldo XL Tunai ke akun XL Tunai lainnya.  Ketik *123*120*5*1# (syarat harus registrasi XL Tunai terlebih dahulu)
3. Tarik Tunai
   Tarik Tunai (XL Tunai Remittance) adalah layanan pengiriman uang yang memfasilitasi pelanggan XL Tunai untuk dapat mengirim uang kepada semua jenis pelanggan XL Tunai yang dapat dicairkan uangnya di XL Center, Retail Outlet dan merchant-merchant yang bekerja sama dengan XL Tunai. Ketik *123*120#

ARRANGEMENT

Menu settings are used to change your PIN, request a PIN if forgotten your PIN, update data, and close the account information.

INFORMATION MENU

Info menu is used to check the related matters of non-transaction, the transaction contains aid and see recent transactions.

Within this menu, customers can also check the status of the account, and know the terms in the transaction. The information in this menu as a guidance made enough customers to know all things related to XL Tunai.
