How to get M-Permata Service :- If you are already a customer of Permata Bank and own XL SIM Card and Life In Hand/Data Service/XL Life
- Register your m-Permata at ATM or Permata Bank Center.
- Download m-Permata menu on the Life In Hand menu if you don’t have a m-Permata menu in your phone.
Registration :PermataMobile registration can be done at PermataBank ATM and other EDC Permata Bank Branches.
Make sure the customer own a TIN (Telephone Identification Number), as a password to do cardless banking transaction.
Choose “Registration” on the menu at the PermataBank atm/EDC
Choose "PermataMobile" menu.
Input your Mobile number (to ensure your customer number is connected to the mobile number).
Jika registrasi sukses, akan keluar slip sebagai bukti registrasi 7. Secara otomatis, nasabah akan menerima SMS konfirmasi dari 3399, yang akan meminta nasabah me-reply dengan 2 digit TIN secara random/acak.
When registration is successful, a receipt of registration 7 will come out. You will receive SMS notification and confirmation from 3399. Reply with your random 2 digits TIN
You should send a SMS reply to 3399, Format : TIN<>2 random digits (ket: <> : space).
You will receive another SMS from 3399 to congratulate your successful activation of PermataMobile is ready to use.
