Enter PIN & IMEI Blackberry (option – status).
" EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD" window will appear. Choose Cancel. Choose " SERVICE AND SETTING " and choose" CREATE USER NAME "
What if I failed to browse?
Steps to recover:
1. Check your setting: OPTION – ADVANCED OPTION – BROWSER – DEFAULT BROWSER and MDS CONFIGURATION set in INTERNET BROWSER not XL WAP because it will debit your credit (not unlimited)
2. Make sure you choose BROWSER – menu - OPTION – BROWSER COFIGURATION – BROWSER – INTERNET BRO
3. If this is the respond when you failed to browse:
Recommendation:
1. Check your designated website
2. Close your browser by clicking – CLOSE – then reopen
3. Type manually your web address, not from link, bookmark or history
4. Do clear cache to refresh. How to: BROWSER – menu - OPTION – CACHE OPERATIONS - clear all the unnecessary histories.
5. Test browsing to other web address, or return to the previous address to check whether it has access problem or device problem.
