Important information:
- Email registration through Call Center 817, the closest XL center or email to: customerservice@xl.co.id
- You will receive your monthly billing through E-mail automatically after registering your E-mail.
- Information appear within the billing statement is information of your Postpaid card usage.
- E-mail address has to be valid
- Electronic bill will be sent in .pdf format
- Each customer will receive a unique User name and password to access the E-Billing.
- We can only process your complaints on your E-Billing amount due within 30 working days after the billing.
- Billing information in your E-mail is accurate information retrieved from XL billing system and is legitimate information

- Enter Verification code and choose "OK".

- Enter User Name and Password
